E-CampusLIFE CYCLE held six workshops called "The LIFE CYCLE Planning Laboratory" to facilitate the take up of its actions. The workshops were directed at health centres, cycling associations, transport and health research Institutes, municipalities and anybody interest in fostering cycling as a healthy set of daily transport.
The workshop's main objective was to introduce the participants to the way the LIFE CYCLE partners planned and implemented their cycling actions and to support them in setting up own actions. The participants mainly performed practical work on their own actions underpinned by examples on the LIFE CYCLE actions as well as the projects motivation to promote cycling.
The workshops were the practical implementation of the LIFE CYCLE Implementation Manual, which describes the way to set up own cycling actions and campaigns. You can find the LIFE CYCLE Implementation Manual in this websites download area.
The menu of the E-Campus provides you with the presentations and items used for each of the workshops. The E-Campus also gives you a training report including a guideline on how to take up these materials to create and implement an own workshop called "How to run a LIFE CYCLE planning laboratory".
