 LIFE CYCLE in the European ParliamentLIFE CYCLE was presented on 17 November 2010 in the European Parliament at the 20th European Childhood Obesity Group (ECOG) congress. Dr Randy Rzewnicki from the European Cyclists’ Federation presented one of only two selected projects in the session “Best in class: showcase of projects to tackle childhood obesityâ€. It was chaired by Ingrid Keller, from DG SANCO’s Executive Agency for Health and Consumers
The congress brought together hundreds of childhood obesity experts and Young scientists from across Europe. With a scientific and political agenda allowing discussions on new developments and priorities for the health community, but also ways forward for the EU’s new institutional framework.
