Oliveirinha school
In eight schools of the Municipality of Aveiro, a campaign and a set of activities related to cycling were launched to motivate the children to ride a bike to school.
A class of the 8th grade (13th years old) of Oliveirinha School accepted the challenge of planning and promoting the “lets bike to school” campaign within their school as part of their school project.
For a start, the twenty four students of that class made presentations of the “life cycle” project (its goals and objectives) for the whole school, in every classroom.
On top of this, the students of that class prepared a simple questionnaires to get to know the bike related activities that students would like to develop during this school year .
Currently the class is analyzing the results of the survey.
